TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
ACCURACY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
When you shop on our online store, it is your responsibility, when ordering a product, to supply the correct information in order to facilitate the purchase and delivery of one or more of our products.
We won’t accept responsibility for or be held responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries arising from incorrect or missing delivery information supplied to us.
We won’t accept responsibility for delays resulting from Covid-19 impacts on the mail or parcel delivery services. These are entirely beyond our control.
If a product shown in a photograph of the gift boxes on this site becomes unavailable or is discontinued, we may substitute that product with one of equal or greater in value.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Your purchase/s can be viewed by clicking on the ‘shopping cart’ link at the top of the page (or bottom of the screen, when using a mobile device).
You will be allowed to check or modify your order before you proceed to the store’s checkout.
A delivery fee is added at checkout.
A grand total will be shown for your total purchase.
We pack our products with care. Should an item be damaged in transit, contact us within ten (10) business days of delivery by email: email@example.com.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Only a confirmed order may be cancelled.
If the order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched or shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If the order has been confirmed, dispatched or shipped but not yet delivered, the delivery fee and an administration fee to the value of 20% of the order price will be charged.
REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
Perishables, like chocolate sunflowers or chocolate honeycomb which we include in a number of our gift boxes, cannot be returned or refunded. This means gift boxes with perishable items cannot be refunded or replaced.
You have ten (10) business days to return your non-perishable item for a refund or replacement as long as it is unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please note: you will be required to pay for the cost of postage for returning that product to us.
